Nicolette R. Nicoletti was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida.  Nicolette attended Genesis Preparatory School and graduated salutatorian of her class in 2006.  She attended Saint Leo University for her undergraduate education, where she graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  While at Saint Leo University, Nicolette was President of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society), Secretary of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society), and an active member of Delta Epsilon Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society).

Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Nicolette attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree.  During law school, Nicolette was active in the John Marshall Bar Association and was named to the Dean’s List for her scholastic achievements.  During law school, Nicolette served as a law clerk for Carter, Clendenin & Foreman, P.A. in New Port Richey, Florida, and was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Cheryl K. Thomas of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2013, Nicolette returned to her hometown and began practicing personal injury law.  Nicolette is passionate about giving back to her community and is an active member of many local volunteer groups, including Junior Service League.

Nicolette currently lives in New Port Richey with her husband Anthony Nicoletti. In her spare time, Nicolette enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, fitness, and nutrition.


Kevin L. Sullivan II



Tampa, Florida.


Kevin L. Sullivan II was raised in Tampa, Florida. Kevin attended First Baptist Christian High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in 2009. He attended Saint Leo University for his undergraduate education, where he graduated cum laude from the Honors Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While at Saint Leo University, Kevin was a Resident Assistant, Vice President of Finance for Student Government Union, and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Due to his superior involvement and dedication to the Fraternity, Kevin was the first undergraduate out of over 275,000 men to be awarded the Key Leader Award.

Upon completion of his undergraduate education, Kevin attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. During his first year of law school, Kevin was a quarter finalist in the Saint Thomas Moore Moot Court Competition. Kevin has held a number of different law clerk positions throughout his time in law school which allowed him to gain significant exposure to a variety of practice areas and the legal process.

After passing the Florida Bar in February 2017, Kevin returned to the Tampa Bay Area and began to practice personal injury law with the Nicoletti Law Firm. Kevin prides himself on giving all of his clients, no matter how large or small, the attention that they deserve, and hopes to make a positive impact on the Tampa Bay Area. Kevin currently resides in Tampa and in his spare time, enjoys golf, car shows, and fitness.

Anthony Nicoletti

Office Manager

Anthony Nicoletti was raised in New Port Richey, Florida. He attended Ridgewood High School and was a star athlete on the school’s basketball team.

Anthony Nicoletti has been a case manager and paralegal for over 8 years in the state of Florida. He has handled every aspect of a case, from opening the case to managing the providers the client has seen. Anthony is exceptional at writing demands, drafting and filing civil remedy notices (CRNs), and handling a range of property damage issues for clients. He prides himself on his ability to provide extraordinary and personal service to each and every client while still being able to manage over 100 cases at any given time.

Anthony has spent 8 years learning the medical terminology, as well as the value, of numerous injuries that can result from a variety of accidents and has used this knowledge together with his experience to provide clients with outstanding settlements in a skilled and efficient manner.
