Areas We Serve
A personal injury lawyer needs to know the area that they serve. Unique conditions affect personal injury cases, so an attorney must be familiar with both the city and the immediate area where an accident occurs. The area where an accident happened will also affect the value of your case. By comparing your case to other similar cases that have settled nearby or received jury verdicts, we determine the fair settlement value of your case. The attorneys at Nicoletti Accident Injury Lawyers have spent years (in some cases, a lifetime) here in Florida. We live and work here, and we know the local issues that might affect your case.
Here are some of the many local areas that our firm serves:
- Port Richey
- New Port Richey
- St. Petersburg
- Bayonet Point
- Land O’Lakes
- Wesley Chapel
- Dade City
Call today to schedule your free consultation. When you meet with an attorney, they will learn about all the unique factors affecting your particular case, including where the accident occurred, the types of injuries that you suffered, and the type of accident that caused your injuries. When it comes to injury claims, you can trust we will protect your rights.
Personal Injury Is What We Do
Some law firms practice many different areas of law. A single boutique firm might practice real estate law, contract law, criminal defense, and construction defect litigation, in addition to personal injury. Such a spread is not the way to gain experience in personal injury cases.
At Nicoletti Accident Injury Lawyers, personal injury is all we do. Our lawyers have extensive knowledge and experience in cases similar to yours, and they can use this to help get you the compensation you deserve.
There are many types of auto accidents. Truck accidents, bus accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and scooter accidents all cause different injuries and present different legal issues. Our personal injury lawyers know the unique legal and medical issues presented by all different types of car accident cases.
Boating and Recreational Accidents
Here in Florida, water sports are a big part of the lifestyle. Our mild temperature means the water is warm all year long, allowing people to enjoy boating, wakeboarding, water skiing, jet skiing, and other sports without regard to the season. Unfortunately, this also means that boating accidents can also occur throughout the year.
Our experienced boat accident lawyers understand how to handle boat accident cases. Different legal issues come into play if another boater strikes you, a commercial boat you are on crashes, or if you are a passenger on a vessel where the operator is under the influence of alcohol. Our attorneys know how to handle all these cases to get you the compensation you deserve.
Slip and Fall Accidents
You might not realize this, but a large number of personal injuries are due to property that is simply not maintained. These dangers are preventable, and landowners are legally responsible for addressing dangerous conditions on their properties. A slip and fall accident can occur in a private residence, at a store, or in an office building. These accidents are especially common in parking lots and stairwells, especially when there is poor lighting or slippery conditions, such as rain.
It is important to consult with a personal injury lawyer about your rights after a slip and fall accident. Not every slip and fall case results in liability or compensation. Still, you can not know your legal rights unless you consult with a lawyer about your particular situation.
Wrongful death cases are the most emotionally devastating of all personal injury cases. They also form the basis for the most important work we do. When an accident is so serious as to cause death, it is critical to hold the responsible parties accountable for their negligent conduct and help prevent similar tragedies in the future. We work with surviving family members to hold negligent defendants accountable when they cause preventable deaths. No amount of money can bring back a loved one, but the knowledge that their case ended with justice can be a great comfort to grieving family members and loved ones.
