Attorney Nicolette Nicoletti is the founder and managing partner of Nicoletti Walker Accident Injury Lawyers. She was born and raised in New Port Richey and continues to live and work in her hometown. After finishing high school as a salutatorian at Genesis Preparatory School, Ms. Nicoletti went on to graduate magna cum laude from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
From there, she attended the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in Gainesville, during which she was a law clerk, a judicial extern, and a member of the John Marshall Bar Association during law school, in addition to being named to the Dean’s List multiple times.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Ms. Nicoletti returned to her hometown to practice personal injury law. She enjoys living and working in her hometown and contributes to the community through many local volunteer programs.
Attorney Michael Walker grew up in a small town in the Midwest. He was surrounded by good, hard-working people who did not get fair access to the justice system. Mr. Walker watched as farmers and factory workers were taken advantage of by banks, insurance companies, and other big businesses.
This injustice drove him to become a lawyer and fight to give everyone a fair chance. Mr. Walker earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University before attending the Stetson University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Florida.
Mr. Walker is also a board-certified civil trial lawyer, meaning that he has experience and achievement in personal injury law and has met certification requirements set by the Bar Association. Less than two percent of Florida lawyers are board-certified. Mr. Walker uses this knowledge and experience to help protect his clients’ legal rights. He is prepared to negotiate fair settlement offers and has the litigation experience necessary to take cases to trial when necessary.
Attorney Josh Walker grew up in Pinellas County. He graduated from Shorecrest Preparatory School before attending the University of North Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. Mr. Walker then earned his Juris Doctorate from the Stetson University College of Law.
Like his father, Michael L. Walker, Mr. Walker has a passion for ensuring equal access to the justice system. During law school, he volunteered with Gulfcoast Legal Services, an organization that provides legal aid to vulnerable individuals.
Mr. Walker was also one of the first members of Stetson University’s Juvenile Justice Street Team Initiative, helping vulnerable young people who needed help navigating the justice system. Now he is eager to provide that same assistance to injury victims who need help through the justice system. Mr. Walker works hard to ensure that his clients have a voice throughout the personal injury claims process.

A personal injury lawyer needs to know the area that they serve. Unique conditions affect personal injury cases, so an attorney must be familiar with both the city and the immediate area where an accident occurs. The area where an accident happened will also affect the value of your case. By comparing your case to other similar cases that have settled nearby or received jury verdicts, we determine the fair settlement value of your case. The attorneys at Nicoletti Walker Accident Injury Lawyers have spent years (in some cases, a lifetime) here in Florida. We live and work here, and we know the local issues that might affect your case.
Here are some of the many local areas that our firm serves:
Call today to schedule your free consultation. When you meet with an attorney, they will learn about all the unique factors affecting your particular case, including where the accident occurred, the types of injuries that you suffered, and the type of accident that caused your injuries. When it comes to injury claims, you can trust we will protect your rights.
Some law firms practice many different areas of law. A single boutique firm might practice real estate law, contract law, criminal defense, and construction defect litigation, in addition to personal injury. Such a spread is not the way to gain experience in personal injury cases.
At Nicoletti Walker Accident Injury Lawyers, personal injury is all we do. Our lawyers have extensive knowledge and experience in cases similar to yours, and they can use this to help get you the compensation you deserve.
There are many types of auto accidents. Truck accidents, bus accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and scooter accidents all cause different injuries and present different legal issues. Our personal injury lawyers know the unique legal and medical issues presented by all different types of car accident cases.
Here in Florida, water sports are a big part of the lifestyle. Our mild temperature means the water is warm all year long, allowing people to enjoy boating, wakeboarding, water skiing, jet skiing, and other sports without regard to the season. Unfortunately, this also means that boating accidents can also occur throughout the year.
Our experienced boat accident lawyers understand how to handle boat accident cases. Different legal issues come into play if another boater strikes you, a commercial boat you are on crashes, or if you are a passenger on a vessel where the operator is under the influence of alcohol. Our attorneys know how to handle all these cases to get you the compensation you deserve.
You might not realize this, but a large number of personal injuries are due to property that is simply not maintained. These dangers are preventable, and landowners are legally responsible for addressing dangerous conditions on their properties. A slip and fall accident can occur in a private residence, at a store, or in an office building. These accidents are especially common in parking lots and stairwells, especially when there is poor lighting or slippery conditions, such as rain.
It is important to consult with a personal injury lawyer about your rights after a slip and fall accident. Not every slip and fall case results in liability or compensation. Still, you can not know your legal rights unless you consult with a lawyer about your particular situation.
Wrongful death cases are the most emotionally devastating of all personal injury cases. They also form the basis for the most important work we do. When an accident is so serious as to cause death, it is critical to hold the responsible parties accountable for their negligent conduct and help prevent similar tragedies in the future. We work with surviving family members to hold negligent defendants accountable when they cause preventable deaths. No amount of money can bring back a loved one, but the knowledge that their case ended with justice can be a great comfort to grieving family members and loved ones.
